Windows 10 to factory data. There are several reasons why you may need to
restore a Windows 10 PC to factory settings. You have installed too many apps
and you just have to start cleaning. Or you have decided to sell your PC or
solve some other problem.
In any case, you can restore Windows 10 very quickly
and without problems.
There are two main methods of doing this and we will cover
them both here. Here's how to restore Windows 10 to factory settings! You can
also restore Windows 10 with a complete reinstallation of Windows 10.

backup of data, photos, videos, music, etc . before restoring Windows 10 or you
may lose everything!
How to restore
Windows 10 via the Settings menu
The fastest, simplest and easiest method is to restore
Windows 10 from the Settings menu as you would with your phone. Here's how to
do it:
Back up all sensitive
data that you don't want to delete. Trust us, errors happen and it's easier to
restore from a backup than to start over.
Open the Start menu
and press the gear wheel icon in the Settings menu on the left margin.
Select Update and Security,
then click the Restore option on
the left margin.
Press the Start button
in the Restore this PC section
of the Restore menu.
A screen will appear asking if you want to keep your files
or remove everything . As you can
imagine, the first option allows you to keep your personal files such as photos
or documents and the second option removes everything when you restore Windows
10. Select the one you want.
Continue to follow
the instructions until the system starts data
recovery.

The computer may restart several times during this process.
You should leave it alone until the Windows 10 installation screen appears.
When this happens, you're done! Your computer should return to the original
factory settings with or without your personal files depending on the option
you have chosen. This is the easiest option to restore Windows 10.
How to restore
Windows via the boot menu
Sometimes the damage is severe enough that the computer
cannot actually access Windows. This isn't a big deal because you can access a
factory reset without logging in to the operating system. This method is a
little more complicated, but honestly it's not that difficult.
Note : Windows 10 should automatically start in the Advanced
Boot Options menu if it cannot boot
itself in Windows 10. If your PC is unable to access Windows 10, you should be
able to automatically get here.

If the PC is stuck in a boot cycle, simply disconnect the
power (desktop) or remove the battery (laptop) and try again.
Once you are in the Advanced Boot Options, select the
option resolution of problems . You should find the Restore
Windows 10 option there. Simply follow
the same steps as method 1 from this point.
The factory reset should now take place and, just like
method 1, the computer should restart a few times and eventually return to the
Windows 10 installation screen.
